Conflict of PAM libraries #258

When deploying from scratch, two PAM libraries are deployed, libpam-cracklib and libpam-pwquality (IIRC). I don't know when the former has has been pushed as a standard package to Debian, but although the packages are not conflicting on the Debian package manager, they are conflicting in pam. I have fixed this in my branch by removing the package in the ldap task, I will push to dev later.

This is now fixed in dev, in the commit #264
