I was meaning the firmware/ROM files so I could do a clean flash and maybe flash another ROM. OEM unlocking is enabled, but it is under virgin mobile which doesn't exist here in the U.S. and they've already stopped 3G services so now I can't get them to do anything anyway. (I also did not receive a SIM/UUIC with the device)

There's no bootloader access, no fastboot either. I do have access to Recovery Mode, FTM, and EDL (MANUAL ONLY). Any suggestions? (Also, I found the firmware files on blog the tech, but I'm unsure if they are the correct ones. Here's the link: https://blogthetech.com/flash-file-zte-tempo-x-n9137-firmware-download-stock-rom/#DOWNLOADS )

Aside from this, my precious error was the device isn't recognized as an available port unless manually placed into EDL which causes the port to be recognized as a DFU pott(win 10) but if I try it like that it attempts to switch to EDL which just doesn't work. Any thoughts on this?

Here is firmware I posted in 2019 for it

QFIL flashable V1.0.0B23 Sprint/Boost Firmware https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=1395089523397897018

Check the USB VID & PID of the device in "DFU" mode, it should show 9008 if it does then you just need to change the driver that windows uses to the QUALCOMM one

I found something that flashed the same firmware but it actually fully disabled the wifi and networking interfaces and made it completely unusable so I no longer have the device. Thanks for your help though!
