So... we need to decide on a programming language. This pull request suggests we use python, while elijah629 has already set it up for rust.

Reasons to use each, not to use each, and what this project needs to be are apreciated.

Other options to consider are: C, C++, Java, Assembly, LOLCODE, BrainF***, Bash/Batch, Cmake, and Dreamberd.
