Add Docker support

It is useful to use Docker in this instance. Changes:

• Add a simple Dockerfile that pulls a lts lightweight version of nodejs
• Update the Documentation with the Docker instructions

Im not able to test it for now due to not having my laptop but looks fine so ill pull it in. If someone reports a major bug ill revert back
