Drop doclicense? #28

It has bitten us twice.

  1. when the package did not ship with images in TL2017 (but later does)
  2. when it loads enumitem in TL2019 (but somewhen will, fixed upstream)

It's nice, but maybe we can go on our own. some \IfFileExists should do.
