I have added a link to the free Pythonium Regex tester tool, as suggested by @cyrilbois in PR #3220 (closed). I have made some very minor changes to the phrasing of the sentences around it too.

Tagging you here to keep you in the loop about a very small adjustment to the EN lesson Cleaning OCR’d text with Regular Expressions. Prompted by a reader's suggestion, we are adding a link to a free tool for testing regular expressions. Previously, the lesson only provided a link to a paid tool, so I agree this minimal addition makes good sense.
