Fix minor syntax issue in /en/creating-guis-in-python-for-digital-humanities-projects

There is an alert-warning box in the Prerequisites and Tools section which uses links that are formatted in Markdown, instead of in html, so the syntax is visible and the links are not operable.

I will adjust the link to the Text formatting instead.
