Did you enable multiuser support in the Lygisk settings? For me "only the device owner has root access" is the default, so you need to change it to allow other users to access root
Its working perfect if I dont rename de Lygisk app.
Ok. Then raise an issue at Magisk itself.

Sorry i'm mistaken its only lygisk
When my other phone has charged, I will try to reproduce
I can reproduce the issue. The trick is to install both the original and the hidden manager also in the secondary user profile. Then launch the hidden manager and everything will continue to work as expected.
I just wonder why the hidden manager isn't installed for all users that have the unhidden manager installed.
I'll now try to reproduce that with the original manager
that was exactly my challenge. I hadn't found that workaround yet, but it works. thnx. For now, I can work with it, hopefully can it be fixed to make it easier.
When hiding the Lygisk app Lygisk isnt recognized/ working on a 2nd user profile (not the working profile) . Even root isnt detected after a manuaal install of Lygisk on the second profile.
I testen multiple times. Lygisk is working on the second user if the app named by its default.
