Set breaks are a thing #127

Set breaks should actually work. I forget how they are put into the db right now, but first we ought to be able to add them and secondly when they are being viewed, they ought to show up as a HR or something similar??

This is fixed/added now. It could always be better, but it’s definitely observable at the moment.
