Entities should have permalinks #94

Should be able to link to a specific entity. Permalinks may be a thing eventually but for now, when you view a band, it should be like #band-7 or #musician-3 and so on. Jams do this already.

Between the compatibility links and the interpretation of the anchor text in a URL, I think it’s fair to say we do this now.
