THcrap compatibility #3

Ever since v0.8.0, I can no longer launch TH19 via THcrap while still using junowen. I have no idea why this happens, but it forces me to play without numerous bugfixes (including a fix that causes EX attacks to appear at the wrong position before teleporting to the correct position).

I had never used that tool, but when I tried it the problem did not reproduce. I will need help in tackling this problem.

Upon attempting to launch with THcrap, the th19.exe is not opened, and no program is launched. This happens even when not applying any patches.
