Added functionality for the JSDOSession to be smart on which ping endpoint to use #239

We will now by default use the new PASOE ping endpoint (..../rest/_oePingService/_oeping). If that's not there, we use the old endpoint (.../rest/_oeping).

This already got Matt's approval but i'd like one more just in case, from either @audaciousanil , @damonabenson , @nicoletteschreier
