The Summary Fields extension creates read-only custom data fields that extend Contact and are automatically populated with up-to-date totals such as total lifetime contributions, last contribution amount, last attended event, etc.

Change l10n directories and make use of Transifex #1
According to https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/INFRA-104 pot files should be created automatically for reviewed extensions. An empty pot file is created for your extension: https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-l10n-extensions/blob/master/po/sumfields/pot/sumfields.pot This is probably an issue with the pot-generation script. I filed an issue: https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/INFRA-134 There should also be a ressource at https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/civicrm_extensions/resources/ where https://github.com/progressivetech/net.ourpowerbase.sumfields/blob/master/l10n/sumfields_de_DE.po can be pushed. Maybe a misconfiguration prevents both from happening? BTW, a different folder structure is suggested for l10n files at https://github.com/civicrm/l10n/blob/master/bin/create-pot-files-extensions.sh Could this provide some help?
