Recurring events features #21

Initial solution: multiple date fields Optimal solution: implement ical repeating events Issues: need to link events together; allow members to staff individual events or all recurring; allow cancel this event (only) or this and all future events. Hi, Jeff.

Duplicate ticket. I do not think we should support recurring events right now - someone should submit an event app for each time.
