Add change skybox #6

This PR adds the protocol SVC_SKYBOX (37), present in FritzQuake, Quakespasm, Ironwail... and the trigger_changeskybox and the point entity trigger_skybox, mimicking the behaviour of changemusic but with a skybox

Def and Fgd files have been updated accordingly too.

Can you verify that this doesn't crash on Winquake and Kex? It's fine if it doesn't function, so long as it doesn't crash.

Personally I would prefer to not merge code that will crash any engine.
