Add support for pytest as a test runner #1576

themill wrote a pytest plugin to run Limnoria plugin tests here: https://salsa.debian.org/stuart/pytest-limnoria_plugin

This allows using pytest fixtures, test selection (-k), and potentially parallelism (through pytest-xdist)
