Create an invoice for an organization

As an organization admin, I want to create a new invoice in that organization.

• list all existing invoices inside the organization
• add create button
  1. • select project
     • select month
  2. • render invoice detail
     • enter customer address (textarea/multiline)
     • one row per task (only if duration > 0)
     • enter hour rate per task
