Harvestcraft Water Seeds not Planting #106

HarvestCraft water seeds, such as cranberry and rice, require planting in water, as opposed to farmland; when you plant them in farmland, they pop out moments later. With Hunger Overhaul, on the other hand, the water seeds cannot be planted in water, either, and are therefore unplantable.
