[Bug] Harvesting Ender Lilly Plants gives wheat and seeds

Harvesting ender lily plants gives wheat and seeds - both with right click and left click/punching.

We've had the same issue on our server after adding hunger overhaul and updating apple core. Just testes it in ssp with only extra utilities/apple core/hunger overhaul installed, it still happens. Tested fully grown and in growing stages. Planted on dirt/endstone and endercore.

It's doing this for Natura stuff as well.

The stuff with Natura was a Natura problem that was exposed by HO. I imagine it's the same with with XU.
