Report Information

I have loaded into this world multiple times to playtest my modpack. Just upgraded my chests to Iron Chests now I am trying to open the chest and the animation happens but no GUI pops up. Checked the log and saw it said Failed to create screen for menu

Steps to Reproduce

Download the PXC Network Modpack from Curse. Run it, place an Iron Chest.

Minecraft: 1.16.5 Forge: 36.2.22 Iron Chests: ironchest-1.16.5-11.2.21

Report Information

Opening an iron chest - in my case, an obsidian chest, in survival mode - plays the opening animation, but does not open the GUI. Notably, a diamond chest works fine!

Steps to Reproduce

The bug seems to occur extremely sporadically, hence why I can only find about 3 occurrences of it across the past few years. Regardless, here are the steps I took when running into the issue:

  1. Install Enigmatica 6, v0.5.25 via MultiMC
  2. Place an obsidian chest (eventually)
  3. The obsidian chest works fine for one to two play sessions
  4. Upon another play session, the obsidian chest opens, but the inventory GUI does not appear
  5. Restarting the pack does not help
