Thanks for that suggestion, Jan! I'm actually well aware of this issue because I have been raised in Germany. I think it is true for most non-English-speaking countries.
A simple checkbox in the form's "general" section should do the job for numeric user input. However, I'm somewhat reluctant to the idea of extending that to Jazzy Form's formula language itself. MS Excel, for example, has always annoyed me in this regard.
In Germany (and probably other countries) a comma "," is used to seperate the decimals. It would be great if your plugin could either
a) support both and check which one is used
or
b) have a setting to determine which is accepted
