Both the Configuration level device plugin and the ONVIF authentication don't have user documentation.

@diconico07Johnson has added ONVIF authentication docs (1 and 2).

@johnsonshih have you made a PR for adding the configuration-level resource support documentation yet? it currently only exists in the proposals.
