correcting v1 schema misses #14

v1 schema corrections: 1) removed uuidv4 format for cellId and roiId as we replaced with sequence. 2) added consolidatedPrediction at cell level 3) referring to #/components/schemas/rois in cell definition 4) adding cells to layout definition
