Modified Dockerfile to play with NatsPyPI #91

Aims to resolve #90 by modifying the pip install command in the Dockerfile

Hi Felix, apologies for not looking at this sooner. This seems fine for now if it helps out with your testing. I'll take a look at the failing tests quickly.

I had played with the idea of separating the Dockerfiles so there would be a base image which doesn't include any simulator client code, and then two derived images for MachColl & BlueSky. Future plans though!

Ah, seems like we're double-dipping on the Travis builds. I'll ask one of the Turing guys to disable the .org build
