Example command for semi-automated has been updated as per the UI changes :

docker exec -it th-chip-tool ====> docker exec -it th-sdk

Hi @Survensa could you please run this script certification-tool/scripts/generate-pdf-user-guide.sh in order to generate the updated pdf file (target folder certification-tool/docs/Matter_TH_User_Guide), and also add the pdf file in this PR?
