[Bug] v2.8.1 TC-RR-1.1 update fabric label invalid_command #312

Describe the bug

Using the v2.8.1 Raspberry PI authentication program to run TC-RR-1.1 use cases, sometimes invalid commands are reported because the content sent by Raspberry PI exceeds the specification requirement of 32 bytes
