Clean up naming in the Silicon Labs ZigbeePro code #1610

Problem

The code being added in https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/pull/1609 has a bunch of "ember" and "af" bits in the naming.

Proposed Solution

We should rename as needed to "chip" and so forth, at least in the "public" APIs as a first cut, but probably in general.
