Purpose of Test Case

NOCs List is read only Fields of the NOCs List items are readable Fields map correctly with the Commissioning Data TrustedRootCertificates List is read only TrustedRootCertificates format follow CHIP Certificate representation

Requirement: Current CHIP tool data will not show certificate data. To complete the verification data we need the following:

• [x] certificate data in the logs (completed by @bzbarsky-apple)
• [ ] provision to generate certificate data
• [ ] provision to modify and update NOC list to generate error

@sumaky - the path for the certification steps give me a 404 - file OperationalCredential.adoc seems to not exist (but others do). Is there an updated link or is this file to be created?
