[Documentation] more detail and precise, Android app build environment with Matter .so libraries. #25194

Documentation issues

When building an app using the Matter .so library, a more detailed and clear description of the build environment is required.

for example, I've customized Matter .so libraries. (e.g. libCHIPController.so) When I build other my App which load this .so libs, I don't know exactly. Installing Android NDK on build PC is a mandatory? or optional?
