Documentation issues

Issue: BLE, short for Bluetooth LE, is allowed in documentation and added to misspell .wordlist.txt of ignored words.

Justification: As per official Bluetooth SIG guidelines: "As the Bluetooth word mark is a trademark, it must always be spelled correctly and in its entirety. The word mark must not be abbreviated, displayed as an acronym, or otherwise truncated, as such unauthorized modification of the mark may implicate a trademark owned by a third party (e.g., BT is a registered trademark of another company)."

Source: Bluetooth Brand Guide, page 10: "No abbreviations". https://www.bluetooth.com/develop-with-bluetooth/marketing-branding/

Examples:

And around 200 other occurrences in MD files only.
