[Feature] Add Smart Switch device type #26113

Feature description

... Proposal would create a Smart Switch device type. It includes a light, a switch and a generic switch. The light can includes On/Off, Level Control, Color Control client clusters as needed. The switch includes the same clusters as server. And finally add generic switch cluster, user label and fixed label server clusters.

Related to this, the existing Generic Switch device type does not support an optional feedback status LED. This can be covered by using the new Smart Switch device type and exposing the status LED as the light bulb.
