Even with iOS & iPadOS 17.5 Beta it doesn't work. v1.2.0.0 Release was published in Oct 23, 2023. So 165 days have passed and nothing has happened.

@sudhanshgupta I just checked, and we definitely need that feedback ticket with the relevant sysdiagnose from the HomePod to diagnose this. If you can do that, it would be much appreciated.
@bzbarsky-apple @lboue Just to update the Matter device that we have tried is a Room Air Conditioner (RAC) device type.
Below are the certification details of the Matter Device, that we are trying to use with Apple Home: Certificate ID- CSA23K58MAT42559-24 https://csa-iot.org/csa_product/panasonic-room-air-conditioner-2/

Reproduction steps
Hi Team, After pairing CSA certified Matter enabled Air Conditioner with Apple Home, we are getting the following message: "This accessory is not currently supported by the Home." (Attached Screenshot). And, We are not able to control the device through Apple Home.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE Below are the steps we follow to commission the device: 1- Set up HomePod in iPhone. 2- Commission Matter enabled device through QR Code. 3- Device commissioned successfully. 4- After commission when we try to get device details and try to control. There is no option for control device and message showing as: "This accessory is not currently supported by the Home."
