New Content: Include "Matter JavaScript SDK" (matter.js) #29

Why is this content needed matter.js is, with also a certified device released, also a part of the Matter development and integration options.

Matter.js wants to publish docs on the project to support developer using it and also API docs and beside" another webpage" the matter handbook to show it side by side with the C++ SDK would make sense.

Who will benifit, Developers that want to use this alternative implementation to build devices or use it in prototyping or testing automation. Additionally would bring the "Open Source community" also to the official information sources to get a comprehensive overview on matter on a tech side.

Are you able and willing to create the content Yes, sure

Additional context I can mainly refer to the matter.js lecture in the PM1 slot on wednesday (TSG session about performance and integration experiance) in Budapest.
