[TC-CADMIN-1.3] Yaml Script needs to be updated. #83

Summary Title:

In TC-CADMIN-1.3 step-3b DUT_CE is commissioned by TH_CR2 on Fabric ID2 is missing in the script for UI. This cause the failure inn the step-3c. Hencethe script needs to be updated.
In the step 9 node-id is wrong

@Saravana-kr22 Based on the logs from step 3b, it appears that the issue is not related to the script. Could you kindly open the same in the cert-tool repository? We'll address step 9 issue in upcoming PR.

This issue is still not resolved in latest TH Version: 2.10-beta2+spring2024
