Update the Python test execution and simplify like chip #1078

This PR:

syncs the python test execution with project chip and so simplifies it a bit (two test still need to be run old style because not included in new chip way)
Adds more tests
Correctly generate generatedCommandList again
Adjust Device type of test device to OnOffLight like chip
