Include strings for benchmarks was off after we moved the IDLs into impl.

Changes

place IDL files into r-matter-data-model instead of macors-impl. Basically saying "if you work with the IDL parser, you also have access to a CSA default IDL"
added benchmark to CI, so this does not break again.
