also: bump kui to pick up fix for -h/-v options, and also bump madwizard for that fix, too Fixes #791

BREAKING CHANGE: from @guidebooks/store@5 remove ray autoscaler support (needed to make tests pass, since ray2 has some breakage that has gone undetected till now)
