Prototype: edit current login page to be nice, moreso for learning CSS/HTML/JS and having a demo-able page Goals:

[ ] Good-looking/intuitive
- [ ] Responsive to screen size
- [ ] Has all the functionalities of a usual sign-in page
[ ] Sends requests to an unimplemented backend
- [ ] Best practice for login pages
- [ ] Staying logged in?

We may not end up using this log-in page as someone else is working on UI/UX design right now, but code can still be reused and will be a good learning experience for the other webpages
