Backend: Bot Service

Need to actually create new rides and update existing rides

Tasks:

• [ ] Create a service that the bot controller can use to do the following:
  • [ ] Create new rides
  • [ ] Update existing rides
• [ ] Doesn't need to be authenticated as this is internal and authentication is handled by the controller
• [ ] Mark this complete once controllers are created and this service is connected to the controller

Note: most likely will be merged with rides service once user authentication is set up - bot will just be an admin user
