Pull Request Description

Fixes posting to twitter without an image attached (not sure how I overlooked this.. oops)
Uses existing twitter state instead of creating a new one (this way new text messages just get appended to the list). Ex: https://gyazo.com/af1344b006694dec97bdb84f5e02f755
Fixes notifications for text messages
Tweak the Readme a bit
