Issue Description

When trying to send voice messages i get an error, i done all steps in the manual to make it work but doesnt

Issue Reproduction

(ESX LEGACY 1.9.4) 1- Open phone 2- Send a voice message

Now its working for other players but not for me, its like my ic phone doesnt get the audio

Sorry, i mean in-game phone. Other players can send voice messages but i cant
