Disable the normalizer tests on Linux #42

The normalizer tests are currently running on Windows but failing on Linux. Can we temporarily disable the tests on Linux so we can get the Linux build going ?

This has been checked in and merged. Nightly will still fail due to Docker Agent not quite ready yet.
