This is specified in https://github.com/project-everest/everest/issues/21 but decided to file issue here so map all the ci improvements in one place.

CI for Vale is finished for x86 Windows ... maybe should do separate issue for Linux and x64

We want to set this up to Verify for x86 but NOVERIFY for x64 and Linux

This is now finished and merged into master. x86 does full verify x64 does NOVERIFY Linux does NOVERIFY
