Not able to see any debug logs of the engine #1247

Describe the bug

When I access the log feature in the designer page, I do not see any messages. I see the following error in the console:

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to stream / flow designer page http://localhost:<your_port>/resources/<resource_ID>/flow
Click on Log button in the header section
Notice that an empty log popover is opened
Note that the above error is registered in the browser's console in dev tools.

Expected behavior

I should be able to see the logs of the flogo-web engine
