[1296] support datetime data type #1308

Description

Allow "datetime" data type #1296

Allow to select resource input/output of datetime type
Able to import and export app referring datetime
Support contributions that reference the datetime
Show an icon for datetime type in mapper editor, flow test and debug panel

And removed unused validate app endpoint.
