`gemmi.read_structure` fails to load some cif files from PDB-Dev #329

Wishing you a productive day ahead. I just found out that, for some PDB entries on the PDB-Dev, e.g. 9A1B: https://pdb-dev.wwpdb.org/cif/9a1b.cif, gemmi (version: 0.6.6) did not successfully load the structures and yield something like <gemmi.Structure 9A1B with 0 model(s)>. Seems related to the organization of file content.

Thank you. It was fixed last month in #325 (there was no new release since then – sorry). I didn't know that files from PDB-Dev are also affected.
