Set up travis ci auto building and testing #2

Might want to think about auto-deploy from prod but that will use a lot of data

The example travis file does not seem to work, not sure why. Oh well. Will look at latter.

I was looking at this post on particles community. https://community.particle.io/t/library-creation-with-testing/33468/2 His code is what I used. It is probably not the best solution.
