First full print successfully assembled #25

I found several errors in the interference fit. I made the support rings taller so that they constrain motion more. I added commented-out debugging code to inspect the fit. I expect this to require several more iterations before it is in good shape.

I successfully printed this set of components and installed system module, battery, and antenna on it. I confirmed that wire routing will work. It fits properly.
