When a point is clicked in a location with data, such as PA or IL or IN, the cards have data. When a point is clicked in a location without data, like WV or MD, the cards show "--". When a point is click in a location outside the VRT, like NY, the cards show an error:
Make it so that there is no error, and the cards show "--" for all locations without data.
