Several beekeepers have reported issues with accidentally submitting survey data for a single colony rather than multiple colonies.

User answers "how many colonies are in this apiary" question with two or three
User enters info for Colony 1
User scrolls to bottom of survey and hits submit, thinking it will open a screen for entering info for the next colony
